The Program Steering Committee is established to provide oversight, guidance, and support to ensure the successful development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the newly developed academic programs. The committee will ensure that the programs align with the strategic goals of the university and meet quality assurance standards.

Decision-Making & Voting Right
The committee adopts a collaborative decision-making approach. Every member has voting rights including students. A simple majority, defined as more than 50%, is necessary for the approval of any given decision.
Responsibilities
The Program Steering Committee is responsible for:
Overseeing the design and delivery of the newly developed programs.
Monitoring program performance and recommending improvements.
Advising on resource allocation to support program objectives.
Organizing focus groups with students to discuss their feedback.
Supporting innovation in teaching, learning and assessment in the program.
