• An exemplary record of scientific accomplishments in discovery, extramural grants and publications in respected peer-reviewed journals. Proven ability to lead and mentor scientists and clinician-investigators

• At least 03 years’ experience as a researcher post doctorate.

• Knowledge and consistent record of scientific discovery and scholarly activities in area of precision medicine, including human genetics, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence, biomedical informatics and or bioinformatics.
• Knowledge of department and college policies, procedures, and practices.

• Ability to appropriately utilize technology platforms to answer key scientific questions
• Ability to work across multiple therapy areas such as Immunology, Metabolic Disease, and Oncology
• Communication skill as well as experience in cross-functional team presentation of complex scientific data
• Ability to plan, organize and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities
  • To carry out basic, translational and clinical research that contributes to the mission of TRIPM.

  • Represent Precision Medicine on cross-functional project teams across the development portfolio.

  • Prepare the clinical translational project plans, clinical trial protocols, data and interpretation of results.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to consider for future programs and to interpret data across programs.

  • Coordinate continuing research studies in the areas of precision medicine.

  • Serve as the College representative on all international, national, state and regional research affiliations.

  • Identify both institutional and environmental strengths, challenges, trends and opportunities.

  • Provide consultation to College personnel on precision medicine.

  • Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
