• An exemplary record of scientific accomplishments in discovery, extramural grants and publications in respected peer-reviewed journals. Proven ability to lead and mentor scientists and clinician-investigators

• At least 03 years’ experience as a researcher post doctorate.

• Knowledge and consistent record of scientific discovery and scholarly activities in area of precision medicine, including human genetics, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence, biomedical informatics and or bioinformatics.
• Knowledge of department and college policies, procedures, and practices.

• Ability to appropriately utilize technology platforms to answer key scientific questions
• Ability to work across multiple therapy areas such as Immunology, Metabolic Disease, and Oncology
• Communication skill as well as experience in cross-functional team presentation of complex scientific data
• Ability to plan, organize and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities
To carry out basic, translational and clinical research that contributes to the mission of TRIPM.
Represent Precision Medicine on cross-functional project teams across the development portfolio.
Prepare the clinical translational project plans, clinical trial protocols, data and interpretation of results.
Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to consider for future programs and to interpret data across programs.
Coordinate continuing research studies in the areas of precision medicine.
Serve as the College representative on all international, national, state and regional research affiliations.
Identify both institutional and environmental strengths, challenges, trends and opportunities.
Provide consultation to College personnel on precision medicine.
Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
