Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing either manually or through computers as per the direction of the line manager.
End to End support for Events assigned by the line manager / key stake holders.
Ensure correspondences are routed to the intended recipients.
Perform activities such as type, sort, distribute, compile documents to meet its requirements.
Disseminating details through phone, fax and e-mail to the intended source.
Organizing files in the desired fashion as per the predetermined standard.
Assist office personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
Collecting and distributing couriers and packages among workers.
Serve hot and cold drinks to the intended customers defined.
Inter Department co-ordination as per the directive of the line manager for effective and smooth Functioning of the Organisation
Adapt to work activities within the related scope and flexibility to enhance effective functioning of the work unit.
