Responsibilities
  • Manage the stores activities in coordination with the team to enhance an effective function system.

  • Process the issuance of materials against approved material indent forms/ online indents.

  • Carries out central stores inventory activities in the areas of minimum stock level, reorder quantity, expiry dates and so forth.

  • Receiving supplies against approved LPOs

  • Checking of incoming shipments for quantity, shelf lives etc and reporting accordingly on a timely manner • Handle data entry, bar coding

  • Document filing and management, proper labeling for easy identification.

  • Arranging and organizing supplies

  • Coordinating for supplies to various branches/sub stores

  • Preparation and packing of supplies

  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries

  • Delivery of goods to sub stores

  • Helps in purchase order preparation

  • Follow ups in purchase order

  • Receiving, verifying and storing purchases (capital items or store supplies) as per the Local Purchase Order.

  • Responsible for the stocks in the store.

  • Generating reports such as inventory movement analysis and others as required by the Manager.
