Responsibilities
Assist in gathering information from external sources for benchmarking.
Provide data in graphical and tabular representation to support the institution in different quality enhancement processes.
Interpret analytical results and prepare different reports for institutional projects in accordance with the university templates.
Design surveys and output reports using survey tools.
Follow-up with academic and non-academic units to ensure submission of high-quality action taken reports built as a response to different surveys.
Maintain implementation of an annual calendar of on-going and ad-hoc institutional assessment activities.
Maintain rigorous database to facilitate on-time submission of accurate reports to the CAA.
