Responsibilities
Support Learning Resource Center activities.
Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries, maintaining professionalism.
Track and route problems and requests, documenting resolutions, and escalating issues as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Assist instructional designers and technologists with projects.
Support faculty and staff with technical project needs.
Aid faculty, staff, and students in using the MYGMU portal.
Proofread print and online materials for consistency and quality.
Document course development, audits, and professional development events.
Perform light media and course content production.
Research distance learning topics as requested.
Assist in planning department events.
Maintain confidentiality and student privacy as per department policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure adherence to University policies, procedures, and core values.
