Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Software team, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on the Campus ERP project.
Develop and implement a comprehensive software strategy aligned with the university's IT strategic plan, prioritizing the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of the Campus ERP system.
Oversee the development, implementation, and support of the Campus ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing academic and administrative systems.
Manage and prioritize software development projects related to the Campus ERP system, ensuring on-time delivery and successful user adoption.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to understand their needs and identify areas where the Campus ERP system can improve university operations and efficiency.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in Campus ERP solutions and integrate best practices into the university's system.
Analyze system usage data to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
Manage relationships with external vendors involved in the Campus ERP system, ensuring adherence to contracts and successful project execution.
Develop and implement software development policies and procedures specific to the Campus ERP system, streamlining development and support processes.
Advocate for the strategic use of the Campus ERP system and ensure clear communication of its functionalities and benefits to the university community.
